a few of my favorite things..

I love techy gadgets. They make me all warm and fuzzy.

These are the current things I can't live without.

My Kindle: love it. The best parts are the instant gratification of not having to wait until you can make it to the bookstore, the not having to turn pages, or worry about what to do with all the book piling up in your house.

My camera: This thing I love, it goes where I go. And although, I don't have quite the equipment I wish I had, It's probably perfect for the skills I have have now. Which ain't much.

My GPS: Because I would have never left the house when I first moved to Charlotte. Because it makes me brave. (with a push of a button, I can just say take me home) Because you never again have to call someone for directions! Remember those days?

My Macbook: This 3 1/2 year old piece of machinery is WELL loved. And it shows. It's cracked, pieces are chipping off and I'd still rather have it than the newest PC, ever. It's like a vital organ of mine. I know, pretty pathetic, huh?

My iphone: Oh how I love thee. This one was a life changer. It's like my macbook/kindle/camera all rolled into one. And the fact I can place a call on it, makes it even better. I can't imagine I lived without it, and I've only had it since December. (*hangs head in shame*)

BUT..

One day when my gadgets grow up, I hope they look like this...

A girl can dream right?
